Phoenix Genesis Corp. has formed a New Company, Phoenix Genesis Global LLC, to Design and Develop a “Safe House”, Bomb Resistant Condominium residence in New York City for World Class Government VIP’s and Government Diplomats. Garrett Place will be a safe-haven from the outside world of biological accidents, terrorists’ dirty bombs, catastrophic events, and general chaos for a period of 45 days; which will allow sufficient time for rescue and / or extraction tactics for these residents. .
