We have had most of the Consortium built on referrals; to build a stronger set of core competencies. This has been the basis of building of our combined strength; for a more powerful presentation when we come to the table with a client. We still feel that by referring a non-competitive Best-of-Breed company you are strengthening the Consortium, which you represent as a credit to your company, and is not a commissionable act. Perhaps this is a point to be discussed. Do you see a better method? I have set only the basic rules of PGC to maintain the KISS principal.
This PGC system was built to facilitate a common goal of prosperity through the common use of leading edge technologies with partners, each using their clients to cross-pollinate the success of everyone, and for their 10% fee; which is an added profit center for everyone.
Most of the Associates are looking for new business from PGC, but only in a few instances have they brought in their client base to PGC. This is the synergy needed, with confidence.
The PGC Consortium offers agility in stand-alone security products and services from a few top companies, Best of Breed, in each area of the security lifecycle, as well as custom Intelligent Security Integrated Systems (ISIS)) , which leverages the latest, most capable and appropriate blend of technologies, environment-specific knowledge, and security expertise to all the available platforms.
